Thomas is an experienced Broker and Advisor on the national level and his achievements are well-known within the car wash industry. He specializes in providing M&A advisory and real estate brokerage services to a wide range of clients, and oversees the facilitation of client expansion, market research and development, site selection and land evaluation. Thomas has successfully completed more than $1 billion in car wash related transactions.

An entrepreneur, Thomas previously founded Miracle Real Estate before deciding to scale and offer clients a full-service option for car wash transactions under the MIRACLE brand. Prior to founding Miracle Real Estate, Thomas was a Broker at Endeavor Real Estate Group.

Thomas is an Austin, Texas native and earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Colorado State University, where he was granted a full scholarship and played wide receiver for the Rams. During his free time, he enjoys fishing, exploring new artists and music venues in Nashville and attending Zeal church.

Veronica Attlee

Managing Director

Veronica Attlee is the Managing Member of Miracle, LLC, following the merger with Attlee Realty, LLC. With extensive experience in commercial sales, acquisitions, and advisory brokerage services, she has been a key player in the car wash industry since 2012. Veronica began her journey by advising investors on car wash development and has since expanded into corporate investments and acquisitions.

She emphasizes the importance of women in the industry, advocating for diverse representation and encouraging women to explore various roles, from management to investment. Veronica values continuous learning and collaboration and has built her career on these principles. She envisions a future where corporate growth and new development make car washes more accessible, reflecting the industry’s rapid evolution.

Jay De La Riva

Director of Sales

Jay began his career as a Development Director for a non-profit organization in Tucson, Arizona, following an Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Army. He transitioned into a successful career in Finance and spent over 12 years in the financial industry managing over $80MM in assets for businesses and individuals across the country.

Jay has extensive knowledge in the car wash industry, specifically mergers and acquisitions, having previously served as the Director of Acquisitions for one of the largest car wash companies in the country.

Jay is a Tucson native and holds Bachelor’s Degree’s in Business Management and Business Marketing; along with an MBA from the University of Arizona’s Eller School of Business. In his free time, Jay enjoys traveling with his family across the country, ordering key lime pie at every stop along the way.

Jack Brennan

Director, M&A

Jack joined the MIRACLE team in 2022 as a Senior Analyst.  Prior to joining the firm, Jack was an investment banking analyst at Arlington Capital Advisors where he worked on mergers, acquisitions, and debt and equity capital raises for leading consumer brands with a concentration on multi-unit franchises, food and beverage, and restaurant businesses.

Prior to Arlington, he was a senior investment analyst at Pathway Capital Management, a global private equity fund-of-funds, where he conducted in-depth due diligence and analysis of private equity investment opportunities.  Jack graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Alabama with a major in finance and specializations in Real Estate and Investment Management.

Justyn Hart

Senior Associate

Justyn Hart serves as an Senior Associate at Miracle Car Wash Advisors, specializing in M&A Advisory, development, and real estate brokerage services for clients nationwide.

Commencing his career as a Multifamily Associate at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, Justyn excelled in providing clients with value through financial analysis and underwriting of investment real estate, focusing on the acquisition and disposition process. He further honed his skills as part of the acquisitions team at Sylvan Road Capital, managing over $3.5 billion in assets. At Sylvan Road Capital, he deployed more than $50 million in capital to acquire single-family investment properties across the United States for the private equity firm. In his most recent role as the acquisitions associate for Passiveinvesting.com, Justyn led the car wash team and played a crucial role in sourcing and executing over $90 million in institutional-quality real estate acquisitions.

Throughout his career, Justyn has successfully led the acquisition and disposition of over $145 million worth of real estate across various asset classes.

Hailing from Fort Wayne, Indiana, Justyn graduated from Purdue University – Fort Wayne with a B.S. in Business Management. Currently residing in Tampa, Florida, he finds joy in spending time at the beach and the lake during the summertime. A devoted fan, Justyn supports the Dallas Cowboys, Tampa Bay Rays, Orlando Magic and Ohio State University.

Scott Pettus

Scott has spent the last 13 years working in the real estate industry. He began his career working on-site for a multi-family builder in Middle Tennessee and later transitioned into working with buyers and sellers within the greater Nashville market, amassing tens of millions in residential sales.

Scott joined the Miracle team in 2021 and specializes in site selection for a variety of clients. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Vanderbilt University, where he played baseball.

Owen Canavan

Vanderbilt University brought me to Nashville in 2006 to begin pursuing a career in music. After 11 years in the entertainment industry, working as both an Agent and Manager developing tours for major rock clients, it became clear that personal real estate investments I had been making for years were in fact calling me to make a professional change. The advent of my career in both residential and commercial real estate had begun. I landed a pair of big car wash listings in 2021, and an introduction was made to Miracle shortly thereafter, which allowed me mentorship and a new environment to grow my abilities as a broker in the car wash sector of our business. I have never looked back, and look forward to growing a significant book of business for many years to come at Miracle.

In 2017, I made a miraculous recovery from a near-death accident in which a car drove through a wall and pinned me in the back while working out at a West-Nashville Crossfit gym. As a result, I am an active supporter and volunteer with the Vanderbilt Medical Center Trauma ICU Team and recently developed a Fellowship Fund to help support those doctors and nurses in their continuing work. I also Chair the Entertainment Committee of Harpeth Conservancy, a local non-profit that strives to raise money to protect our rivers and keep the water clean in Tennessee. Further, I enjoy guest lecturing about the First Time Home-buying process at Vanderbilt’s Human and Organizational Development program on an annual basis.

Sharon Gibbs

Office Manager

Sharon brings over 25 years of experience in office management and paralegal roles. She attended the University of Memphis for Paralegal Studies while assisting attorneys representing the Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority. She later worked as an assistant office administrator and paralegal at a Memphis law firm before relocating to Nashville to work with a commercial real estate attorney.

Her experience extends to Baker Donelson Law Firm, where she initially supported intellectual property litigators and later transitioned to their commercial real estate division. Sharon’s extensive expertise eventually led her to Miracle, where she currently serves as Office Manager in the Nashville office, managing legal document preparation and review.

In her free time, Sharon enjoys relaxing by the pool, spending time with her family, and embracing the natural beauty surrounding her home.

Michael Sargent

Operations Manager

In 2023, Michael became the Operations Manager for the MIRACLE team. Before joining the firm, he held operations roles in various real estate brokerages across different sub-industries. Additionally, Michael worked as a tech consultant, focusing on creating customized real estate software solutions. Today, he utilizes his unique skill set to enhance process efficiency, workflow, and data analytics for MIRACLE.

Michael earned his degree in Finance with a specialization in Real Estate from California State University, Fullerton. Prior to graduating, he served as the President of the Real Estate Association student organization and held a department seat at the Real Estate Finance Committee.

Hubert Yang

Analyst

Hubert joined the MIRACLE team in 2024 as a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst. Prior to joining the firm, Hubert was a CRE Acquisition & Development analyst at a boutique private equity firm with a heavy emphasis in express car wash acquisition. Hubert had experience in underwriting and acquiring over sixteen commercially operated car washes worth over $100 million across the country. 

Born in Shanghai, China, Hubert moved to New York with his family in 2012 and earned his Bachelor’s degree for economics from New York University. During his free time, Hubert likes to travel, play soccer, and bike against the traffic in NYC.
